AMS 3132 TEXTRON APPROVED GRAPHITE FILLED DRY FILM LUBRICANT

Spray applied, stoving cured, dry film lubricant for use where high temperatures preclude the use of conventional oils and greases. This product has been formulated to comply with the requirements of Textron spec P6453, which is in turn related to the graphite filled spec of AMS3132. It has in excess of 50% more graphite in the dry film than one of our other dry film lubricants IP9136.

Resistant to dry heat up to 400ºC (750ºF) in oxidising atmospheres and 500ºC (930ºF) where oxygen is excluded. Resistant to Skydrol ester lubricant - 3 hours at 70ºC (160ºF) and 100 hours salt spray corrosion.

The varnishes are supplied suitable for brush application. However, with suitable thinning using 016-0165 the 010-1301 varnish may be sprayed. Spray application of 010-1302 is not recommended due to the incorporation of the fungicide.
