IPAL HIGH TEMPERATURE ALUMINIUM SLURRY DIFFUSION COATING

A silicon modified aluminide slurry diffusion coating developed by Indestructible Paint as an alternative to Sermalloy J type system. This material has uses as a repair for aluminising, and for patching areas between holes. In addition, it is a stand alone coating often used in industrial gas turbines, for protection against high temperature sulphidation. Used on such engines as the RB211 & Avon Industries & Marine Gas Turbines, on aerofoils rotob, nozzles & nozzles guide vanes.

Withstands 850°C, cycling with water, and salt spray.
Very resistant to chemicals, high temperature corrosion, and sulphidation etc.
Significantly better than pack aluminising.

Apply for RPS 603 or OP 362.
