Product Description -
Three part solvent free epoxy aluminium filler. Resistant to a wide range of chemicals and extremes of heat and cold. Resin system offers long pot life, low exotherm and low shrinkage.

This product has been tested to the following minimum specification:
Application -
The substrate should be clean and free from dust and grease (ideally shot blasted). Mix each kit in the proportions supplied or 1 part of each liquid and 6 parts aluminium powder into a smooth paste. Apply by spatula or other suitable tool. Surrounding area can be cleaned of materials using a strong solvent such as MEK or similar. PL130A will, in a warm atmosphere, self cure over time, should a faster cure be required it can be force cured at 60ºC (140ºF) for 3 hours. Containers should be kept closed when not in use to prevent product contamination and deterioration.
