ANTI SPATTER LACQUER FOR USE IN ELECTRON BEAM WELDING

Green tinted lacquer for use to aid the removal of weld spatters when electron beam welding. Removable by vapour degreasing or with strong solvents. As a protection against adherent weld spatter this material has been tested to ensure that no deleterious effects on these materials occur. An alternative to such products as Metco masking compound and Burke stop MS, but removable in strong solvents.

Spray, dip or brush, dries in minutes. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C (40°F) and relative humidities above 75%. Preferred range 15-30°C (60-85°F) and 35-75% RH.
