| Surface Preparation - |
|
Ensure surfaces are clean and free from dust, dirt etc.
It is usual to pre-clean the plastic with iso-propanol, aliphatic hydrocarbon,
or aqueous alkali degreasing solution.
Before paint application ,de-stat surface to reduce dust.

Apply by conventional or HVLP Spray. Thin with Acri-Thin in the ratio
1:1 by volume.

| Drying / Curing Schedule - |
Air Dry: Touch Dry 5-15 minutes, hard dry for
packing - 2-4 hrs
Force Cure: 10-20 minutes @ 40-60°C
