Surface Preparation -

Ensure surfaces are clean and free from dust, dirt etc.

Usually used as over-lacquers over 1 or 2 pack solid, metallic or flip tone base coats. Also used to over-lacquer Cubic Printing.
Can be applied directly to correct colour ABS; ABS/PC or flamed PP or HDPE.

Mixing -

37001 - 5:3:2 with 37000/42000 or 5:2:2 with 37004/42000
37002 - 5:3:2 with 37000/42000 or 5:2:2 with 37004/42000
37006 - 5:3:2 with 37000/42000 or 5:2:2 with 37004/42000
37013 - 3:1:1 with 37000/42000 or 9:2:2 with 37004/42000
37015 - 7:2:2 with 37000/42000 or 5:1:1 with 37004/42000

Application -

Apply by conventional or HVLP Spray
Mixed Pot Life: 2 hours

Drying / Curing Schedule -

Air Dry: Touch Dry 30-45 minutes, hard dry for packing - 24 hrs
Force Cure: 37000 activator 20-30 minutes @ 60°C or 37004 activator: 30-45 minutes @ 60-70°C

Coverage -

8-10 square metres per litre

Clean Up-

Thinners 42000 or Gunwash 40006

Storage -

Shelf life: 12 months

Highly flammable liquid: Store and use in accordance with the flammable liquid regulations.
