Surface Preparation -


Ensure surfaces are clean and free from dust, dirt etc.
It is usual to pre-clean the plastic with iso-propanol, aliphatic hydrocarbon, or aqueous alkali degreasing solution.
Before paint application, de-stat surface to reduce dust.

 
Application -


Apply by conventional or HVLP Spray. Thin with LR 983 in the ratio 1:1 by volume.

 
Drying / Curing Schedule -


Air Dry: Touch Dry: 5-15 minutes - Hard Dry for overcoating: 24 hours
Force Cure: 10-20 minutes @ 40-60ºC

 
Coverage -


8-10 square metres per litre

 
Clean Up-


Thinners LR983 or Gunwash 40006

 
Storage -


Shelf life: 12 months

Highly flammable liquid: Store and use in accordance with the flammable liquid regulations.
