Ipslip 110 is a fluoropolymer coating formulated to give excellent low friction and wear resistance.
A one coat system, Ipslip 110 is suitable for use in conditions of high temperature and will provide good abrasion resistance, flexibility and chemical resistance.
The coating is suitable for use on a wide variety of items including automotive components; bearing surfaces and slides; saw and secateur blades and any areas where medium duty dry film lubrication is required.
Ipslip 110 is available in a range of colours except white and pastels but including metallics.

Surface Pre-treatment - Ensure surfaces are clean and free from grease, dust and dirt. It is recommended that as a minimum the components to be coated should be solvent or alkali degreased whilst phosphating; chromating or fine shotblasting will increase performance and durability of the coating. |

Application |
Apply by spray, conventional or HVLP at supply viscosity. Can be thinned if required with up to 10% Ipslip 110 thinner. |
Film Thickness |
15-25 microns dry per coat. Usually used as a one coat system but multi-coats can be applied where necessary. |
Curing |
Pre-Cure: 15 minutes @ 80°C |
Coverage |
6-10 square metres per litre |
