Malcolm Griffiths and Graham Armstrong argue the case for establishing the correct specification for a job out the outset and then applying a testing regime to ensure that what was specified is being delivered. Far from increasing the cost of a project, such an approach, can save a huge amount of money and avoid compromises in safety to name but just two benefits.
