PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our Ipal IP1041 diffused aluminide coating designed as a protective coating for gas turbine hot section parts at temperatures up to 1000°C. Development of our Ipal 1041 is being monitored for sulphidation protection in industrial gas turbines. Often used on nickel based turbine alloy materials We are also developing a high temperature oxidation resistance diffusion coating for aeroengines.

Approved to MSRR 1041 (RPS 603)

PERFORMANCE

Exceeds 140 hours testing at 900°C (1600°F) cyclic burner rig testing with a 2 parts per million dosing of salt.

APPLICATION

Apply in accordance with RPS 603 or local applicator instructions.
